1. Returns
   Eligibility: Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
   Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
   Exceptions: We do not accept returns on perishable goods, personalized items, or gift cards.
2. Refunds
   Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
   Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
3. Exchanges
   If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
4. Return Process
